Note: this work comes from a Dali project "It's a surrealist film!" which was intended to be a film as surreal as the artist himself and where the hero, Babaouo, was to wander through a world filled with implausibilities, from which the artist would create unique works. Stilt-legged elephants, melting watches, atavisms... This 1934 project did not go much further; the artist, however, did.
