Michel Audiard French Presidency fountain pen - unique and solid silver

You are not likely to find this piece anywhere else on the market. It is a unique piece, a silver pen crafted for the Presidency of the Republic during Jacques Chirac's terms—likely the 1995–2002 term.
Let me explain, and to do so, I will use the explanation given to me by the assistant to the craftsman who made this pen:

After the Chirac family purchased a pen for the President, and it was placed on his desk, the head of protocol suggested we receive an order for several "Presidency of the French Republic" pens for guests

at the Élysée.

This solid silver piece, featuring the Saumur guarantee hallmark, Mr. Audiard's master hallmark, and his "Bird Woman" (Femme Oiseau) hallmark, was limited to about twenty pieces with different cap designs, which makes every one of them a unique piece.

A certificate was created including a statement from the head of Customs explaining the hallmarking of precious metals.

According to Mr. Audiard's records, here are some of the individuals who own this pen:

The German President, Tony Blair (who purchased this pen personally as it was a state gift)…

It is exceptional for one to be "on the market."

There were other Audiard models sold to famous names around the world, but not the "Presidency of the French Republic" ones.

This pen is not numbered. None of these 24 pens are numbered. Each one is unique.
